The gluten is always free at Penn’s Grill!

Collard Melt Sandwich! I saw this sandwich on the Penn’s Grill Facebook page and decided to try it. I was a tiny bit apprehensive about trying it, but you only live once so what the heck?

Helen asked if I wanted it gluten-free and I said no. The finalized product is the picture. I must tell you, it’s delicious! Try it, you will probably like it. Tellem Wes with the Wake Up Crew sent ya.
