CURRENT PROMOTION

PROMOTION-SPECIFIC RULES.

Specific contest terms control where they differ from the station's general rules.

STATION-WIDE POLICY

GENERAL WTXY CONTEST RULES.

Unless a promotion publishes different or additional terms, the following general rules apply.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase or payment is required to enter or win a WTXY contest unless expressly permitted by law and clearly disclosed in the promotion-specific rules.

ELIGIBILITY

Entrants must satisfy the age, residency and other eligibility requirements announced for the specific promotion. Employees of WTXY, its licensee, participating sponsors, promotion partners and members of their immediate households are not eligible unless specific rules state otherwise.

HOW TO ENTER

Entries must be submitted by the method and within the entry period stated for the promotion. Late, incomplete, duplicate, automated, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.

WINNER SELECTION

Winners are selected using the method and timetable disclosed for each promotion. Where a tie is possible, the applicable promotion rules will state the tie-breaking procedure.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners must respond within the deadline stated for the promotion and may be required to verify eligibility and identity. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, is ineligible or declines, WTXY may select an alternate as provided by the promotion-specific rules.

PRIZES

The number, nature and approximate value of prizes will be disclosed for the applicable promotion. Winners are responsible for taxes, transportation and expenses not expressly included. Prizes may not be transferred or substituted except as stated in the specific rules or as permitted by law.

CONDUCT & ACCURACY

WTXY will conduct contests substantially as announced or advertised. False, misleading, manipulated or fraudulent entries may be disqualified. Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information.

CHANGES & INTERRUPTIONS

If circumstances beyond WTXY's reasonable control require a material change, suspension or cancellation, WTXY will disclose applicable material changes as required and update the published terms.

ABOUT THESE RULES

Material contest terms are published so listeners can readily review how to enter, eligibility restrictions, deadlines, prizes, winner selection and other terms that affect participation. WTXY promotion-specific rules are part of these General Contest Rules and control for that promotion when more specific.

RECENT PROMOTIONS

RULES STAY AVAILABLE.

Material terms for completed station contests will remain publicly available for at least 30 days after the contest concludes.
