Official Contest Rules

General rules for NASCAR Trivia contests conducted and advertised by WTXY Radio.

Important: Each NASCAR Trivia promotion may have its own race dates, entry deadline, eligibility requirements, prizes, drawing date and other material terms. Those promotion-specific terms are part of these Official Contest Rules and will be published with the applicable contest.

No Purchase Necessary

NASCAR Trivia contests conducted and advertised by WTXY Radio are free to enter. No purchase or payment is necessary to participate or win.

How to Enter

Participants must complete and submit the official NASCAR Trivia entry form during the published entry period for the applicable contest. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, only one completed entry per person is permitted for each NASCAR Trivia contest. Entries containing false, incomplete, duplicate, automated or fraudulent information may be disqualified.

Eligibility

Any age, residency or other eligibility restrictions for a NASCAR Trivia contest will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Employees of WTXY Radio, its licensee, participating sponsors, and members of their immediate households are not eligible to win unless the specific contest rules expressly state otherwise.

Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected from eligible entries according to the winner-selection method stated for the applicable contest and will be contacted using the information provided with their entry. Winners must respond within any deadline stated for that promotion. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the stated period, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, WTXY may select an alternate winner in accordance with the promotion-specific terms.

Prizes

The number, nature and value of prizes, along with the dates on which prizes may be used or awarded, will be disclosed for each NASCAR Trivia promotion. Prizes have no cash alternative and may not be transferred, substituted or exchanged except at WTXY's discretion when necessary and permitted by law. Winners are responsible for transportation and any costs, taxes or expenses not expressly included with the prize.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Contest Rules and to the promotion-specific terms for the applicable NASCAR Trivia contest. WTXY will conduct each contest substantially as announced and advertised. WTXY reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel a contest when circumstances beyond the station's reasonable control make doing so necessary, subject to applicable law and FCC requirements. Any material change will be disclosed as required.

Promotion-Specific Terms Control. If a NASCAR Trivia promotion contains additional or more specific terms, those terms apply to that promotion. Contest announcements and published terms should be reviewed before entering.
