AudioTraxx Media (“AudioTraxx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and protected when using AudioTraxx One and related services, including integrations with Facebook and other Meta services.
Information We May Access
When a user connects a Facebook account or Facebook Page to AudioTraxx One, Meta may provide information necessary for the authorized features of the service. Depending upon the permissions granted by the user, this may include basic profile information, Facebook Pages the user manages, Page identifiers, Page content, posts, engagement information, and authorization tokens required to communicate with Meta’s services.
AudioTraxx One only accesses information necessary to provide features specifically authorized by the user.
How Information Is Used
Information obtained through Meta’s APIs may be used to connect and manage authorized Facebook Pages; create, publish, edit, or manage Page content; retrieve Page information necessary to operate AudioTraxx One; provide automation and content-management functionality requested by the user; and maintain and troubleshoot the service.
We do not sell personal information obtained through Meta’s APIs.
Facebook and Meta Permissions
AudioTraxx One may request permissions including pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, and other permissions required for functionality authorized by the user.
Users may revoke access through their Facebook or Meta account settings.
Data Sharing
Information obtained through Meta’s APIs is not sold or rented to third parties. Information may be processed by service providers when reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service or when required by law.
Data Security and Retention
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information handled by AudioTraxx One. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the applicable service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain security.

Users may also remove AudioTraxx One’s access through their Facebook or Meta account settings.

AudioTraxx One may interact with third-party services, including Meta and Facebook. Those services maintain their own privacy policies and practices.
